We ship your order
Once the lender approves it, your order is placed. You repay the lender directly.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Does financing cost more than paying by card?
We charge the same price either way. The lender shows you any interest and the total cost of your plan before you accept it.
Who decides whether I'm approved?
The lender does. We can't see or change the decision, and approval, rates and terms depend on your eligibility.
Can my business use Affirm or Klarna?
No. Both are for personal purchases only. If you're buying for a shop or a company, call us and we'll help you with business financing.
What if my order is over the lender's limit?
Affirm handles orders up to $30,000 and Klarna financing up to $10,000. For anything larger, call (972) 694-1090 and we'll work through your options.
Where is Klarna financing available?
Klarna financing isn't offered in Iowa, West Virginia or Massachusetts. Checkout only shows options available to you.
What happens if I return something I financed?
Our normal return policy applies. We send the refund to the lender, who adjusts your plan.
