SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping
My Sweet Garage offers free shipping on most items to addresses within the contiguous United States. Some oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Standard Shipping
Standard items such as garage flooring tiles, smaller storage accessories, and shop supplies typically arrive within 5-10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability.
Freight Shipping
Large and heavy items, including vehicle lifts (BendPak, QuickJack, MaxJax, Ranger), overhead storage racks (SafeRacks), and bulk flooring orders, are shipped via freight carrier. Freight deliveries typically arrive within 2-4 weeks from order confirmation.
- Freight shipments are delivered curbside or to the nearest accessible point at the delivery address.
- You will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Please inspect all freight deliveries for damage before signing. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
- Liftgate service may be available for an additional fee if you do not have a loading dock or forklift.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging in to your account.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for freight items. For Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us for a shipping quote to these locations.
RETURN POLICY
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original, undamaged condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Free from any signs of installation, assembly, or use
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee may apply to returns of large or freight-shipped items, including vehicle lifts, overhead storage racks, and bulk flooring orders. Restocking fees typically range from 10-20% of the item price, depending on the product and manufacturer policy. The applicable restocking fee, if any, will be communicated to you when you initiate the return.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (buyer's remorse or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For freight items, return shipping can be significant due to the size and weight of the products. We recommend contacting us before initiating a return so we can provide a return shipping estimate.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, My Sweet Garage will cover the cost of return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@mysweetgarage.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions. All returns must include the RMA number.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been installed, assembled, or used
- Items without original packaging
- Custom or special-order products
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All products sold by My Sweet Garage are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized dealer, we ensure you receive full warranty coverage directly from the brand.
- BendPak / Ranger: Warranty terms vary by product. Most BendPak lifts include a limited warranty. Refer to the product documentation or contact BendPak directly for warranty details.
- Swisstrax: Swisstrax tiles come with a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
- SafeRacks: SafeRacks products include a manufacturer's limited warranty. See product documentation for specific terms.
Warranty claims are handled through the respective manufacturer. Our team is happy to assist you in initiating a warranty claim. Contact us at support@mysweetgarage.com for assistance.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mysweetgarage.com. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the matter as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.
