Patented Front Outriggers for Precise Four-Post Lift Leveling

The HDSO14P uses patented adjustable front outrigger tubes to help fine-tune front-lift leveling. Their infinitely adjustable pitch helps compensate for heavy loads and uneven floors, which is especially valuable in alignment applications where accuracy matters and a sloppy setup can waste time fast.

Runways adjust for different tread widths and include a rail kit for optional accessories, giving the lift more flexibility as shop needs change. Heavy-Duty Cable System Designed for Long Service Life

BendPak built the HDSO14P around a durable lifting system with four high-quality 1/2-inch stainless steel aircraft cables and a single hydraulic cylinder mounted underneath the runway. Each lifting cable is rated at 14,400 lbs., giving the combined cable rating far more strength than the lift’s maximum rated capacity.

Oversized 10.5-inch dual-hub cable sheaves work with large sheave axles to reduce cable stress, fatigue, and wear. Fully enclosed lifting cables, safety locks, airlines, and sheaves help protect critical components while keeping the lift structure cleaner and safer for daily shop use.

Pneumatic Safety Locks and Controlled Hydraulic Descent

Multiple locking positions allow variable-height parking and service, while a push-button pneumatic safety release disengages all four independent safety locks simultaneously. Spring-loaded safety locks automatically engage continuously as the lift rises, and independent slack-cable safety latches provide backup protection in the unlikely event of cable failure.

An integrated hydraulic flow restrictor helps provide controlled descent if a hose rupture ever occurs, while internal anti-sway slider blocks in each column help support smooth, stable lifting.
