Ranger R745 Swing-Arm Tire Changer and DST2420X Wheel Balancer Package

R745 and DST2420X Wheel Service Package for Everyday Shops

The Ranger R745 Swing-Arm Tire Changer and DST2420X Wheel Balancer Package gives repair shops, garages, and service bays a practical way to handle common tire changing and wheel balancing work with one coordinated equipment setup. This package pairs the R745, a focused 20-inch swing-arm tire changer, with the DST2420X passenger car wheel balancer for shops that want dependable service capability without stepping into larger or more complex machines.

For users building out a wheel service area, this combo is the straightforward choice. The R745 covers everyday tire mounting and demounting for passenger car, commuter, spare, and trailer tire work, while the DST2420X handles accurate balancing with Digital Sensor Technology, multiple balance modes, and fast cycle times. Together, they create a clean entry point into Ranger wheel service equipment with the benefit of buying the core changer and balancer as a matched package.

R745 Swing-Arm Tire Changer for Common Tire Service

The R745 is built around a simple swing-arm layout that works well for shops focused on standard wheel and tire service. A rigid tower, 45mm hexagonal vertical shaft, hardened-steel horizontal outrigger arm, and high-torque electric turntable help keep operation steady while giving technicians the control needed for everyday tire work.

This tire changer is a strong fit when the priority is reliable function, easy operation, and a smaller capacity range rather than advanced assist arms. Its enhanced bead breaker blade, forged steel pedal levers, air preparation system, tool tray, soap bucket, and brush give operators the essentials for routine service without overcomplicating the bay.

DST2420X Digital Balancer for Fast, Repeatable Results

The DST2420X completes the package by giving technicians a dependable passenger car wheel balancer with Ranger Digital Sensor Technology. A 16-digit digital signal processor, quartz piezoelectric load sensors, and a precision-machined 40 mm shaft support accurate, repeatable readings for everyday balancing work.

With Dynamic, Static, and Performance Alloy balancing modes, low-RPM operation, automatic braking, six-second cycle times, and LED weight placement guidance, the DST2420X helps shops finish balancing work quickly and confidently. It is the right partner for the R745 when the goal is a capable, no-nonsense wheel service combo.

A Practical Package for Starting or Expanding Wheel Service

This R745 and DST2420X package makes sense for shops that want to add tire changing and balancing capability in one purchase instead of sourcing equipment one piece at a time. The pairing keeps the workflow simple: remove and mount the tire on the R745, then move to the DST2420X for measurement, correction, and final balancing.

The combination is especially useful for smaller shops, general repair facilities, home garages, and service departments that need dependable equipment for common passenger car and light truck wheel work. It gives buyers a strong foundation for wheel service without paying for features they may not need.
